Wood—property damage—A campus employee stated that between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m., the glass on one of the south outside doors was broken. It appeared to have been hit by a rock or other hard object. Investigation ongoing.

North Ellis Hall—purchase or possession by minor—An officer observed seven subjects sitting on the steps at the Christopher Street entrance. Several of the subjects were being loud and using profanity. The officer contacted the subjects, confirmed several were intoxicated, and told them to return to their rooms for the evening.

UCM Lot 60—tampering in the first degree—A student stated that on Sept. 8, someone attempted to steal the wheels from her vehicle while it was parked. She stated they also struck the trunk and hood of the vehicle causing numerous dents. Investigation ongoing.

Aaron B. Smith, 20, of Raytown, Mo., was arrested at 339 Christopher St. Sept. 9 at 1:50 a.m., on suspicion of resisting an officer, robbery in the second degree, possession of alcohol by minor and third degree assault.

 

Shane D. Martin-Walters, 20, of Lee’s Summit, Mo., was arrested at 339 Christopher St. Sept. 9 at 2:18 a.m., on suspicion of resisting an officer, second degree robbery, possession of alcohol by minor and third degree assault.

 

Glennon D. O’Leary, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested at 326 Anderson St. Sept. 8 at 12:09 a.m., on suspicion of purchase or possession of alcohol by minor.

 

Jonathon L. Price, 21, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested at the intersection of South and Holden streets Sept. 8 at 3:47 p.m., on suspicion of littering, possession of marijuana and an open container violation.

 

Jonathon M. Friesz, 23, of 514 McGoodwin St., was arrested at 500 Christopher St. Sept. 8 at 8:30 a.m., on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.

 

Karl W. Huber, 20, of North Ellis 322, was arrested in UCM Lot 60 Sept. 9 at 1:28 a.m., on suspicion of obstructing police, purchase or possession of alcohol by minor and an open container violation.

 

Lucas M. Hixon, 18, of East Ellis 59, was arrested in UCM Lot 44 Sept. 7 at 12:20 a.m., on suspicion of purchase or possession of alcohol by minor, an open container violation and littering.
