Sigma Tau Gamma House—taking of wildlife—A student stated that sometime between 3:30 a.m. and 6:10 a.m., someone threw a dead raccoon on the front porch. The animal appeared to have been shot and partially skinned. Investigation ongoing.

Fitzgerald Hall—stealing—A student stated that sometime between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and 8 p.m. Oct. 3, someone had removed his bike from the bike rack. Investigation ongoing.

Fitzgerald Hall—stealing—A campus employee stated that between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., someone removed his prescription glasses from the custodial closet in the lobby. The suspect was located and the glasses were returned. The employee declined to pursue charges.

UCM Lot 65—stealing—A campus employee stated that sometime between 5:30 p.m. Oct. 5 and 12:55 p.m. Oct. 8, someone removed a 15-minute parking sign for the Foster/Knox Child Care Center. Investigation ongoing.

Austin D. Earley, 19, of South Yeater Hall 523, was arrested on the sidewalk north of Todd Hall Oct. 5 at 1 p.m., on suspicion of property damage.

Austin L. Brown, 28, of Higginsville, Mo., was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Oct. 8 at 11:21 a.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Christopher D. Simmons, 23, of 715 N. College St., was arrested at the intersection of North and Land streets Oct. 7 at 3:58 a.m., on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting/failure to obey an officer.

Dazha S. White, 23, of Sedalia, Mo, was arrested at the 102 S. Holden St. Oct. 2 at 7:14 p.m., on suspicion of public affray.

Elmer L. Harrison, 52, of 908 Deer Run St., was arrested at home Oct. 8 at 1:13 p.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Griffith B. Schramm, 19, of East Ellis Hall 254, was arrested in the Ellis Hall parking lot Oct. 5 at 11:01 p.m., on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs/paraphernalia and speeding 16 to 19 mph over the speed limit.

Jonathan R. Stewart, 26, of Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested at 610 Ridgeview Drive Oct. 9 at 11:48 a.m., on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Keri A. Prather, 20, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested at 305 E. Market St. Oct. 7 at 1:18 a.m., on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol and for an outstanding warrant.

Kevin M. Burk, 23, of 829 Sunflower St., was arrested at Molly’s at 115 N. Holden St., on suspicion of two counts of allowing minors to enter the bars.

Kurt A. Steidley, 52, of Knob Noster, Mo., was arrested at 1103 N. Holden St. Oct. 1 at 8:18 a.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Mark L. Allison, 24, of 206 E. North St., was arrested at Molly’s at 115 N. St., on suspicion of two counts of supplying/selling liquor to minors.

Mathew W. Newman, 27, of Holden, Mo., was arrested at Parker’s at 1047 S. Maguire St. Oct. 1 at 3:04 p.m., on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Michael A. Gaither, 22, of 31 SW 600 Road, was arrested at 199 W. Pine St. Oct. 6 at 1:35 a.m., on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Michelle E. Nash, 44, of Sedalia, Mo., was arrested at the skate park at 425 E. Mill St. Oct. 2 at 6:35 p.m., on suspicion of public affray.

Riviera R. Brown, 20, of 113 Houx St., was arrested at the intersection of Gay and Maynard streets Oct. 1 at 10:05 a.m., on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Robyn J. Stewart, 18, of 121 N.W. H Highway, was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Oct. 2 at 8 p.m., on suspicion of public affray.

William H. Sellars, 22, of Kingsville, Mo., was arrested at the intersection of Broad and Charles streets Oct. 1 at 4:36 a.m., on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.
