UCM Lot 67—assault and battery—A student stated that she was assaulted by an unknown male in possession of a knife. Investigation ongoing.

UCM Lot 40—property damage—A student stated that sometime between 12:45 a.m. and 11:21 p.m., someone scratched her car with a hard object causing damage to the driver and passenger sides and the trunk. A portion of a railroad tie with a nail sticking out of it was found on the ground behind her front driver’s side tire. The tie was seized and the damage photographed. Investigation ongoing.

South Rec Facility—property damage—An officer on foot patrol at 2:30 a.m. observed someone had broken the door to the second stall in the female restroom. He requested dispatch contact facilities to fix the door.

Intersection of Houx and Holden Streets—drinking in public places prohibited—Two males approached an officer at a traffic post for the UCM Homecoming parade asking for directions to College and Gay streets. After giving directions, the officer noticed they were holding glasses of orange juice and were slurring their speech. He asked what they were drinking and they said it was orange juice and vodka. The officer had them pour out their drinks.

Intersection of College and Broad streets—An officer observed a male walking on the sidewalk during the UCM Homecoming parade. He was holding and drinking from an open can of beer. He contacted the male, ordered him to pour out the beer, and issued a warning for possessing an open container.

UCM Lot 67—stealing—A campus employee stated seeing someone stealing several university-owned trashcans from the parking lot and driving away in a blue Chevy truck at 5:19 p.m. An officer arrived but was unable to find a vehicle matching the description. Investigation ongoing.

South Ellis Hall—stealing—A student stated that sometime between 9:30 p.m. Oct. 14 and noon Oct. 15, someone took $100 from her dresser drawer. She stated the door to her room was not locked. Investigation ongoing.

Fitzgerald Hall—property damage—A campus employee stated that sometime between 3:30 p.m. Oct. 15 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 16, someone damaged the bottom part of the door to the custodial closet. Investigation ongoing.

Fraternity Complex—sexual assault—A student stated that she was drinking and extremely intoxicated in Unit D and does not remember part of the night. The victim stated she believes that someone had sexual intercourse with her while she was intoxicated. Investigation ongoing.

Amy E. Osborne, 20, of 123 Ming St., was arrested at Sharkeez 2 at 146 W. Pine St. Oct. 13 at 12:52 a.m., on suspicion of misrepresentation of age, entering the bars under 21 and minor in possession of alcohol.

Austin L. Brown, 28, of Higginsville, Mo., was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Oct. 8 at 11:21 a.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Brent N. Rolfe, 20, of 100 Houx St., was arrested at the intersection of South and Warren streets Oct. 12 at 1:04 p.m., on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Carolyn K. Martin, 65, of 529 W. Clark St., was arrested at 711 S. Maguire St. Oct. 15 at 3:05 p.m., on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Chad H. Ezell, 38, of 112 S.E. 411 Road, was arrested at 610 N. Ridgeview Drive Oct. 12 at 10:21 a.m., on suspicion of possession of drugs/pills.

Chase M. Brewer, 19, of 615 Broad St., was arrested at the intersection of Zoll and Clark streets Oct. 11 at 1:16 a.m., on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper tail lights/reflectors.

Christopher D. Simmons, 23, of 715 N. College St., was arrested at 760 S. Maguire St. Oct. 11 at 12:06 p.m., on suspicion of speeding 11 to 15 mph over the speed limit and driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Cody A. Beck, 23, of 1205 S. Holden St., was arrested at 100 N. Holden St. Oct. 13 at 1:29 a.m., on suspicion of assault.

Cody A. Prewitt, 22, of Warrenton, Mo., was arrested at 429 Hawthorne Blvd. Oct. 13 at 2:55 p.m. on suspicion of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, careless and imprudent driving and driving while intoxicated.

Danyale N. Young, 21, of 903 Vest Drive, was arrested at Walgreens at 621 N. Maguire St. Oct. 10 at 9:40 p.m., on suspicion of shoplifting/stealing and two counts of drug/pill possession.

Elmer L. Harrison, 52, of 908 Deer Run St., was arrested at home Oct. 8 at 1:13 p.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Forest J. Hefley, 21, of Gladstone, Mo., was arrested at the intersection of Southwest and Main streets Oct. 12 at 11:23 p.m., on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and resisting/failure to obey an officer.

James W. Green, 45, of 319 W. North St., was arrested at home Oct. 11 at 8:22 p.m., on suspicion of domestic assault.

Jared N. Frizzelle, 22, of 602 Spring Ridge Road, was arrested at home Oct. 11 at 2:43 p.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Jason T. Johnston, 38, of Windsor, Mo., was arrested at 610 N. Ridgeview Drive Oct. 12 at 11:02 p.m., for an outstanding warrant and a probation/parole violation.

John A. Smith, 21, of Kansas City, Mo., was arrested at the intersection of Pine and Holden streets Oct. 13 at 12:20 a.m., on suspicion of urinating in public.

Jonathon A. Stewart, 26, of Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested at 610 N. Ridgeview Drive Oct. 9 at 11:45 a.m., on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Joshua M. Pickrell, 19, of 703 S. Warren St., was arrested at 521 Grover St. Oct. 12 at 12:49 a.m., on suspicion of urinating in public and minor in possession of alcohol.

Justin M. Barron, 20, of 801 S. Maguire St., was arrested at 211 McGoodwin St. Oct. 12 at 11:06 p.m., on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Lee E. Rihards, 43, of Wheatland, Mo., was arrested at 627 W. Clark St. Oct. 15 at 12:04 p.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Mark A. Morgan, 25, of 305 N. Main St., was arrested at home Oct. 12 at 1:12 p.m., on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.

Melissa A. Chassey, 40, of 303 W. Young St., was arrested at 319 W. North St. Oct. 11 at 8:24 p.m., on suspicion of trespassing.

Nicole E. Stack, 26, of 129 S.E. 235 Road, was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Oct. 16 at 8:53 a.m., for an outstanding warrant.

Samuel A. King, 58, of 103 S.W. 95 Road, was arrested at McDonalds at 311 E. Young St. Oct. 14 at 9:34 p.m., on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance.

Sharlene T. Parks, 18, of 321 E. North St., was arrested at 602 Spring Ridge Road Oct. 10 1:28 p.m., on suspicion of disturbing public peace, obstructing process and for an outstanding warrant.

Taylor J. Roling, 20, of 600 S. Holden St., was arrested at the intersection of Zoll and Clark streets Oct. 11 at 1:47 a.m., on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Tyson D. Wheeler, 25, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested at 100 W. Pine St. Oct. 13 at 6:54 p.m., on suspicion of an open container violation.

Victor H. Cancino Alfaro, 21, of 311 E. Clark St., was arrested at Molly’s at 115 N. Holden St., on suspicion of an open container violation.
