Bradshaw Hall – A campus employee stated that between Nov. 2 and Nov. 15, someone removed the fire extinguisher from the case on the third floor and discharged it. The employee said custodians had already cleaned the area, and he provided the officer with the extinguisher’s information to be given to dispatch. Investigation ongoing.

Fraternity Complex – A student stated that between 8:47 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., someone broke the glass of the exterior door of Unit C. Investigation ongoing.

Todd Hall – An officer checking the residence halls contacted the occupants of 307 Todd in reference to possible unauthorized occupation over the holiday break. While speaking with the occupants, drug paraphernalia was observed in the room. No owner was able to be identified and the paraphernalia was seized. Investigation ongoing.

UCM Lot 12 – Dispatch advised an officer was needed in response to a damaged property report. A witness reported witnessing a vehicle break the gate arm and an unknown person carry the gate arm into a residence on Hillcrest Drive. An officer arrived at 4:43 p.m., but was not able to locate the stolen gate arm. Investigation ongoing.

South Ellis Hall – A student stated that between 5:30 p.m. Nov. 16 and 12:20 p.m. Nov. 25, someone removed a Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 from his room while it was unoccupied over break. Investigation ongoing.

Ashley M. Pankey, 23, of Edina, Mo., was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Nov. 26 at 10:20 a.m. for an outstanding warrant.

Bradley C. Robert, 29, of Holden, Mo., was arrested at Cadillac Ranch at 822 S. Maguire St. Nov. 18 at 1:33 a.m. on suspicion of an open container violation.

Christopher M. Green, 30, of 124 S.E. 235 Road, was arrested at Wal-Mart at 301 E. Cooper St. Nov. 23 at 7:26 p.m. on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting and two counts of possession of marijuana.

Curry G. Van Horn, 19, of South Ellis, was arrested home Nov. 14 at 10:38 p.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Darrien E. Bruster, 21, of 102 E. Hunt St., was arrested at home Nov. 27 at 9:52 p.m. for an outstanding warrant.

Danner E. Eugene, 44, of 416 W. Gay St., was arrested at home Nov. 18 at 7:21 p.m. on suspicion of domestic disturbance and for an outstanding warrant.

Dennis E. Statler, 37, of 416 W. Gay St., was arrested at home Nov. 18 at 12:53 p.m. on suspicion of dogs running at large and vicious dogs.

Jerry D. Ridge, 24, of Centerview, Mo., was arrested at 102 S. Holden St. Nov. 20 at 4:35 p.m. on suspicion of the leaving the scene of an accident and possession of marijuana.

Jonathan R. Stewart, 26, of Holden, Mo., was arrested at Wal-Mart at 301 E. Cooper St. Nov. 15 at 6:45 p.m. on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting and for an outstanding warrant.

Joseph M. Muckler, 18, of Bradshaw, was arrested in the Bradshaw second-floor lounge Nov. 15 at 10:59 p.m. on suspicion of an open container violation and purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.

Joseph T. Fritz II, 27, of 625 W. Clark St., was arrested at home Nov. 20 at 9:44 p.m. on suspicion of stealing/shoplifting.

Mathew S. Reffitt, 20, of 1010 S. Holden St., was arrested in the Elk’s Lodge Parking Lot Nov. 20 at 4:30 p.m. on suspicion of assault.

Michael R. Downey, 21, of 317 E. Hale Lake Road, was arrested at Equity Bank at 612 Maguire St. Nov. 24 at 4:39 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license and no proof of insurance.

Nathan L. Collins, 48, of 623 E. Young St., was arrested at 1111 Tyler St. Nov. 20 at 1:07 p.m. for an outstanding warrant.

Paul Stephens II, of 502 S. Main St., was arrested at home Nov. 16 at 1:51 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested again at Break Time at 701 S. Maguire St. Nov. 17 at 2:30 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Richelle L. Hendrix, 19, of 121 E. Hunt Ave., was arrested at the intersection of Maguire and Broad Streets Nov. 17 at 11:04 p.m. on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Taylor M. Heidtbrink, 19, of 3200 E. Ridgley Road, was arrested at intersection of Maguire and Broad Streets Nov. 17 at 11:04 p.m. on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.
