The city’s pedestrian task force will address issues related to children going to and from school during its meeting Thursday.

The Cycling and Pedestrian Transportation Task Force is scheduled to meet at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 102 S. Holden St. and is open to the public. The focus of the meeting is a discussion with Warrensburg R-6 school representatives regarding access around schools, drop-off and pickup policies, accessibility, addressing the hesitancy to allow children to go unaccompanied and funding opportunities.
