Carolyn Jean Silvers, 60, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014 at her home.

Carolyn was born May 13, 1954, in Raytown, Missouri, the daughter of Albert D. and Betty J. (Lawson) Waller. She was raised in Raytown. She was united in marriage to Ronald Dean Silvers on May 2, 1970, in Independence. Shortly thereafter, the couple moved north of Warrensburg. Carolyn co-owned and operated Town & Country Carpet Care with her husband for many years. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially her grandsons.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald; three daughters, Caleena Sisk and husband, Travis, of Florida; LaDeana Michael of Linn, Missouri; and Ronda Lester of Warrensburg; and three grandsons, Hunter Michael, Blake Michael and Gaven Lester. She was preceded in death by both parents.

Per Carolyn’’s wishes, following cremation, no services are planned. Memorial contributions are suggested to Johnson County Hospice.
