Mary Theresa Brinkley, age 37, of Centerview, Missouri, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015, at her home.

Cremation is planned.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7,  at the University of Central Missouri Alumni Memorial Chapel in Warrensburg, Mo.

She was born February 7, 1977, in St. Charles, MO, the daughter of James and Judith Ann (Siburt) Utterson.

On April 18, 1998, she was united in marriage to Darrell Brinkley in Newburg, Missouri.

Mary worked as an administrative secretary for the department of Nutrition and Kinesiology at the University of Central Missouri.

Mary is survived by her husband, Darrell; one son, Ian Brinkley; one daughter, Zoey Brinkley, all of Centerview, Missouri; her parents, James and Judy Utterson of St. Charles, Missouri; three brothers, Dan Utterson of Denmark, Sweden; Eric Utterson and wife Liz, and Matthew Utterson and wife Amy, all of St. Louis, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the children’s education with checks made payable to Darrell Brinkley and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO.
