Karen Sue Brim, 53, of Independence, Missouri, died Thursday, Feb. 19.

Karen is survived by her husband, George; one daughter, Bonnie Brim; and one brother, Steve Miles and wife, Kayleen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, at Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, Missouri, with visitation services beginning at 1 p.m.

Interment will follow at Knob Noster Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society and can be left in care of the funeral home.
