Linda Gale Shroyer, 51, of Bates City, died May 2, at her home.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, May 5, at Cross Creek Baptist Mission in Oak Grove, Missouri. Services are noon Tuesday, May 5, at Cross Creek Baptist Mission.

She was born Jan. 10, 1964, in Kansas City, Missouri. Linda graduated from Grain Valley High School in 1982. Linda married Paul W. Shroyer on Nov. 7, 1987, in Lexington, Missouri. Linda previously worked as a cashier at Casey’s General Store in Holden, Missouri.

Surviving her passing are her husband, Paul Shroyer, of the home; her mother, Emma Parker, Grain Valley; one son, Joey Shroyer, and wife, Kara, Culver, Kansas; one daughter, Emmaleean Shroyer, of the home; one brother, Paul Parker, Blue Springs; two sisters, Phyllis Robinette, Grain Valley; and Frances Chandler, Grain Valley; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Shroyer; one grandson, Mason Shroyer, and father, Denzil Parker.
