Johnson County Community Health Services is offering a 2-hour introductory course which covers the basics of safe food handling, dangers of foodborne illness and personal hygiene. This course is recommended for all food service facility employees (wait staff, bartenders, cooks, deli workers and dishwashers). There are no fees associated with this course. To register, call 660-747-6121 ext. 258. The location of the class is 723 PCA Rd. in an upper-level classroom. Come in the east door on the south side of the building.
