Thomas “Arthur” Haun, 83, of Holden, Missouri, died Sunday, Dec. 6, at Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Ben Cast & son-Wood Funeral Home with interment at the Holden Cemetery.

Arthur was born in Kansas City, Missouri, to Harry Russell Haun and Hazel Della (Lovell) Haun on Nov. 30, 1932. Arthur lived in the Holden area 83 years and farmed his whole life on the family farm.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Russell Haun and Hazel Della Haun; and his wife of 53 years, Bonnie Louise Haun.

Arthur is survived by one son, Thomas Eugene Haun, and wife, Misty, of Holden; two daughters, Sharon Campbell, and husband, Chuck, of Holden; and Shirley Smith, of Buckner, Missouri; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
