William Francis Bennett, 95, died Tuesday, Jan. 2, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg.

A private graveside service with full military honors was held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sedalia.

Contributions may be made in his memory to the Missouri Veterans Home of Warrensburg, or the Sedalia Animal Shelter, and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home.
