May is SilverSneakers Fitness Month at Community Center

The Warrensburg Parks and Recreation Department is recognizing May as SilverSneakers Fitness Month.

Warrensburg Community Center is a participating member of SilverSneakers, the national fitness program that gives senior citizens with qualifying health plans, free access to the amenities the parks department offers, including the fitness center, indoor aquatic center and qualifying exercise classes. All who sign up will receive a special silicone all-access wristband.
