Alice I. Gudde, 85, of Warrensburg, Mo., died Monday, April 21, at Harmony Gardens Assisted Living in Warrensburg.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 26, at Williams Funeral Chapel, located at 1400 S Maguire St., Warrensburg.

Alice was born March 4, 1929 in Higginsville, Missouri the daughter of John and Carrie (Meade) Fortner. She graduated from Higginsville High School. She was united in marriage to Albert O. Gudde on June 7, 1965 in Bates City. Alice was employed with Southwestern Bell for thirty nine years, having retired in 1992. She was a member of Grover Park Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sister, Doris Johns of Bates City, Mo.; two step daughters, Judy Gudde and Carole Ramsey; step grandson, Jeff Corwin and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert and step granddaughter, Stacy Blede.
