Bettie J. Hogue, 80, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Thursday, June 2, at Lee’s Summit Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Morris Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robby and Jeff Graves, Cameron and Joshua Hogue, Derek Cline, and Adam Fulson. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at  the church.

Bettie was born Oct. 1, 1935, in Fayetteville, Tennessee, the daughter of John and Ester (Emmons) Bone Sr.

Bettie and Charles Hogue were united in marriage on Oct. 24, 1954, in Fayetteville.

Bettie is survived by her husband, Charles Hogue Sr., of Warrensburg; a daughter, Sharon Graves, of Lee’s Summit; two sons, Charles Hogue Jr. and wife, Shelia, of Lee’s Summit; and Everette Hogue and wife, Helen, of Wichita, Kansas; three brothers, Phillip and Mitchell Bone of Fayetteville, and John Bone Jr., of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
