Bobby Jean Perdue, 78, of Holden died Tuesday, March 25.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29, Ben Cast and Son—Wood Funeral Home in Holden. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.
He was born March 9, 1936, in Lone Jack, Mo., the son of Alma Ernest Perdue and Nancy Ann (Snow) Perdue. He married Rose Ann DeSchepper on June 30, 1959, in Kansas City.
He served in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the Marine Corps, he worked for various companies as a machinist and worked for Missouri Pacific Railroad for a number of years.
He is survived by one son, Terry Perdue; two daughters, Una Eissler and Cindy Monahan; one sister, Dorothy Renick; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Perdue; and son, Alan Perdue; his parents and several brothers and sisters.
