Carol A. Cox, 74, Holden, Missouri died March 12, at Research Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri.Graveside services will be held at the Medford Cemetery Thursday March 15, at 2 p.m.

Carol was born April 9, 1943 to Edgar J. Cox and Katherine (Knudsen) Cox in Portland, Maine. Carol graduated from William Chrisman High School and after High School she worked at many different jobs. One she enjoyed the most was working as a school bus driver. She had a special personality and loved the kids she transported each day to and from school.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, Donald Culbertson. Surviving her passing are one son, Randy Culbertson, Holden, Missouri; one daughter, Dana Tapu and husband Haveloki (T), Holden, Missouri; one brother, William H. Cox and wife Kathy, Independence, Missouri; two sisters, Linda Shadden and husband Jimmy, Independence, Missouri; Cindy Motley and husband John, Centerview, Missouri; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Arrangements entrusted to Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Carol Cox to the American Heart/Stroke Association.
