The Base Community Council is looking for homemade cookies to give to deploying members of the 442d Fighter Wing stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base. Members of the fighter wing are set to travel to Afghanistan this weekend for a six-month deployment.

The cookies can be dropped-off on Friday at either the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center, located at 100. S. Holden St., or the Reece and Nichols Warrensburg Whiteman Realty, located at 625 E. Russell Suite-D.
