Dr. Ed Libich (Doc), 59, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Thursday, April 23, 2015.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 1, at Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, and visitation services will begin at 4 p.m.
He was born April 22, 1956, in Big Springs, Texas, the son of Max and Florence (Dale) Libich.
Dr. Libich owned and operated Libich Chiropractic since 1994. He was a kind, gentle man who took pride in treating his patients. He enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed being involved in the Warrensburg Community. He will be greatly missed.
Dr. Libich is survived by his wife Donna Thomas, of Warrensburg, Missouri; two daughters, Scotti Holbert of Warrensburg, Missouri; and Misty Caffarel of Celina, Texas; stepdaughter, Jacquelyn Thomas of Alexandria, Virginia; stepson, Joshua Thomas of Warrensburg, Missouri; his mother, Florence Libich of Odessa, Missouri; two brothers, Richard Libich of Odessa, Missouri; Rusty Libich of Lexington, Missouri; one sister, Beatrice McMillian of Merryville, Louisiana; and seven grandchildren: James Pardon, Michael Caffarel, Connor Caffarel, Stephen Holbert, Emilee Courville, Ashlee Courville and Mya Ford.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ed Libich Memorial Fund with checks made payable to Scotti Holbert or Donna Thomas and can be left in care of the funeral home.
