Ethel Ann Gann, 91, of Warrensburg, died Tuesday, March 8, at Warrensburg Manor.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Friday, March 11, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home. Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Brian Gann officiating. Interment will follow in Pittsville Cemetery.

She was born Nov. 13, 1924, in Elm, Missouri, the daughter of Cyrus T. and Sylvia L. (Snow) Jarman.

On Sept. 25, 1943, Ethel and Joseph H. Gann were married in Holden, Missouri.

She is survived by three daughters, Jo Ann Ferguson and husband, Ron, of Gravois Mills, Missouri, Janet Holmes of Warrensburg, Pamela Zander and husband, Patrick, of Kennesaw, Georgia; a son, Donald Gann and wife, Mary, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joseph Gann; a son, Jerry Gann; a great-granddaughter, Ellie Ferguson; a son-in-law, Larry Holmes; and a sister, Arcelia Carter.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Warrensburg Manor and can be left in care of the funeral home.
