Warrensburg Parks and Recreation is hosting a Duck Derby at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at Nassif Aquatic Center. There will be face painting, games, food and prizes for the winners. The races will start at 11 a.m. Ducks are available for purchase at the Warrensburg Community Center. You must bring your duck the day of the race for a chance to win. People of all ages may participate. One duck can be purchased for $5, three ducks for $10, and five ducks for $15. The race is limited to 500 ducks.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Youth Scholarship FUNd.
