Parks and recreation hosts duathlon

Warrensburg Parks and Recreation is hosting its first super duathlon, which is a competition composed of running and biking. The event begins with a 3k run (1.8 miles), transitions to the 12k bike (7.4 miles) and ends with a 3k run.

The duathlon is set for 8 a.m. Saturday, June 18. Check-in begins at 7 a.m. Participants must be at least 16. The registration fee is $20 before June 5 and $25 after June 5.
