‘Servsafe’ food safety training course

Johnson County Community Health Services is offering the ServSafe® food protection manager
certification course and examination from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 7.
The eight hour course will cover food microbiology, foodborne illness, proper receiving and storage of food, food preparation, HACCP principals, pest control and related topics.
