Due to his military career, Glenn and his family were well-travelled. They lived in places such as Germany, Belgium, Missouri, New Jersey, Idaho, Nevada, South Dakota and Nebraska.
Glenn retired from the Air Force as Senior Master Seargant in 1977. He then attended Bellevue University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration in 1982. In 1984, he took employment with Enron. He retired from that company in 1992.
Glenn was intelligent and paid attention to detail; he enjoyed word and number puzzles, he did not dress casually and he kept impeccable records. He was a coin collector, gathering many from his time abroad, and also cultivated a small collection of knives.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Ann Tucker, and his son, Robert “Bobby” Austin Tucker.
He is survived by his daughter, Glenda Avalos-Andrade; his six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is dearly missed.
