Hunter Austin Burton, infant son of Christopher and Sarah (Haesemeier) Burton, of Centerview, died on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016 at Western Missouri Medical Center.

He is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents, Robert and Ruth Haesemeier, of Sweet Springs, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Mike and Kim Burton, of Osceola, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Lydia Burton, of Merriam, Kansas; maternal great-grandmother, Alleen Meyer, of Sweet Springs; paternal great-grandmother, Millie Burton, of Warrensburg, Missouri; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Wilfred Meyer, paternal great-grandparents, Ed and Lorna Haesemeier, paternal great-grandfather, Bill Burton, paternal great-grandparents, Cleo and Thelma Parks, and an aunt, Stacey Burton-Alcocer.

Graveside services were held at St. John Cemetery, in Emma, with Pastor Jerry Bayse and Pastor Tim Biesemeyer officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. John Cemetery and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg.
