Jackie Lee Masterson, 61, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Wednesday, May 2.
Jackie was born on April 15, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Johnathan “John” Masterson Sr. and Rosemary (Linder) Masterson. He was a handyman by trade and also enjoyed playing guitar and going fishing.
Jackie’s survivors include: son Zech Masterson and his wife Tricia, of Mico, Texas; son Eli Masterson of Bandera, Texas; son Jason Masterson, of Hawaii, and their mother, Karen Teddy, of San Antonio, Texas; son, Ian Masterson, of Independence, Missouri; daughter, Angel Ballew, of Holden, Missouri; and their mother, Cindy Brandon; grandchildren Zecheriah Masterson Jr., Ember Masterson, William Masterson, Haven Masterson, Faith Masterson, London Masterson, AnnaBelle Casey, Carolyn Reeves-Neher and Iona Reeves-Neher; siblings Tim Masterson Sr., Joseph Masterson, Curtis Masterson and Susan Chastain; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Jackie was preceded in death by his grandson Hunter Masterson; parents John Masterson Sr. and Rosemary Masterson Kelso; brother Walter Dean Masterson and half-brother John Masterson Jr.
A celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
