Jeffrey Allen Catron died on Feb. 13, in Kansas City, Missouri.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 3 p.m. at Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Buttram officiating. Family greeted friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
Catron was born in San Diego, California, on Jan. 18, 1976. Jeff was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents and his father, Mitchel. Jeffrey is survived by his mother Pamela, his brothers Heath and Jeremy, son Andy, daughter Mackenzie, and fiancée Stephanie and her children Alaina and Kordell.
Jeff loved life and was always smiling and making others laugh. Jeff worked as an owner and operator truck driver for many years. He was a devoted sports dad, enjoyed Nascar and shade tree mechanic work. Jeff was a family-man and dearly loved his children.
Jeff’s sudden death will be mourned by all who knew him, including his family, friends, coworkers and everyone he blessed with his smiling face. Rest with God, Jeff.
Contributions may be made to the Jeff Catron Memorial Fund with checks made payable to Stephanie Jennings. Checks may be left in care of the funeral home.
