John W. Lamb, 89, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Monday, June 27, at St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit.

Graveside services were Wednesday, June 29, at Liberty Baptist Cemetery.

John was born Oct. 4, 1926, in Warrensburg, the son of Willis and Bertha (White) Lamb.

He and Eveline Voyles were united in marriage on Nov. 4, 2013, in Clinton, Missouri.

John is survived by his wife, Eveline, of Warrensburg; his daughter, Rae Meyrand, of Warrensburg; four sisters, Peggy McClendon and Pat Alkire, of Warrensburg; Winner Tracy, of Kansas; and Mary Kay Taylor, of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, four sisters, and a son, Lee Lamb.
