Joseph Jacob Wirtz, 72, of Warrensburg, Missouri, died Nov. 4, at Bristol Manor Care Center.

Joseph is survived by four daughters, Mary VanWagner, Sherri Miller, Angela Armstrong and Sonya Mendez; five sons, Joseph Wirtz Jr., David Wirtz, Jonathan Wirtz, Matthew Wirtz and Willard Wirtz; 37 grandchildren and 20 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg and visitation services beginning at 2 p.m.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and can be left at the funeral home.
