MC5 appoints Eric Endsley as President of Board of Directors

(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) — The Missouri Coalition Celebrating Care Continuum Change, better known as MC5, recently appointed Eric Endsley as President of the board of directors, according to a press release. Endsley, Founder of Community Care, a home care provider, also serves as Administrator of Missouri Veterans Home~Warrensburg.

Formed in 2005 by Missouri’s most influential senior health organizations, MC5 is dedicated to bringing a more person-centered approach to elder care. Its mission is to promote and support ongoing collaboration within the adult care community to create an environment where dignity and individuality are respected and celebrated. MC5 is the state chapter of the Pioneer Network, the national authority on culture change for aging seniors.

Joan Devine, outgoing board President, said the organization is looking forward to Endsley’s experience and enthusiasm.  “MC5 is very pleased to have Eric at the helm,” she said. “We believe that his passion for culture change in long term care, and his demonstrated ability to rally forces for organizational change will prove to be a very valuable partnership, benefiting elders served throughout Missouri.”

Endsley noted that MC5 is a significant driving force in the National Culture Change Movement: “I’m honored to lead this team to help create new opportunities and empower Missouri’s seniors to make the best possible decisions regarding their own care.”
