(WARRENSBURG, Mo., digitalBURG) — President Barack Obama’s visit to the University of Central Missouri was a full day for Warrensburg residents. Some began waiting in line at 5 a.m., and had to wait almost 12 hours to hear the president speak.
The UCM Student Recreation and Wellness Center was a sea of red, as incoming UCM freshmen attending the IMPACT retreat, Missouri Innovation Campus students, UCM student-athletes and other members of the UCM community crowded the basketball courts for the chance to be a part of this historic event.
