Robert L. Lichtenhan, 74, of Warrensburg, Mo., died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013.

“A Celebration of Life” will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warrensburg with Father Joseph Miller officiating.

Inurnment will be held at Sumner Cemetery in Alton, Kan., and later at Holden Beach, N.C.

Bob was a 1957 graduate of Wamego High School in Wamego, Kan. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan., and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He was the owner and operator of True Value Hardware in Warrensburg for many years.

Bob is survived by his wife Anne; three children, Shelly Brady, Stephanie Duel and Scott Lichtenhan; a brother, Gerald Lichtenhan; and eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or the Hope Lodge and both can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg.
