(MOBERLY, Mo.) – The Warrensburg Tigers boys cross country team captured the district trophy Saturday, scoring a meet low of 32 points.

Six boys make the All-District squad: J.P.Espinoza, Max Burson, Alex Burson, Trent Classen, Albert Fleer and Ethan Holland.

This will be the Tigers’ 34th team appearance at the state meet, which is Nov. 3 at Oak Hill Golf Course in Jefferson City.

The boys have won 17 top-four trophies with six of those being state championship trophies.

The girls squad finished third in the district meet. Shannon Ward qualified for the state meet with her All-District fourth-place finish.
