Wanda Faye Fly, 79, of Warrensburg, Mo. died Sunday, Jan. 26, at Warrensburg Manor Care Center.
Wanda was born Sept. 22, 1934 in Ava, Mo. She lived in Reeds Spring and Blue Eye areas for many years. She was employed at Hagles Garment Factory in Reeds Spring. She had resided in Warrensburg for the past fifteen years. Wanda was a lover of country music, fishing and making many friends in the beautiful hills of the Ozarks.
Survivors include her son: Lloyd Bud Fly and wife, Ann of Drexel, Mo.; sister: Betty Eure and husband, Jim of Portsmouth, Va.; two grandchildren, Christa Stokes and husband, Jason of the Neosho, Mo. area and Jeremy Fly and wife, Jennifer of Adrian, Mo.; two great grandchildren, Jozie Fly and Ty Stokes; several cousins, including Onie Parrott and husband, Dean of Warrensburg, Mo. and Deborah Shivers of Waverly, Mo. and also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Floyd Sonny Fly, and infant daughter, Carmen Jean Fly.
