WARRENSBURG, Mo.--City police have arrested a Warrensburg youth on charges of burglary of three buildings of the Christ Episcopal Church Wednesday.
Warrensburg motorcyclist dies in Benton County crash

WARSAW, Mo.--A Warrensburg man was killed Sunday afternoon when his motorcycle struck a tree in Benton County.
Thomas Biggs, 57, was eastbound on Route H near Spring Lake Drive at 1:10 p.m., when his motorcycle went off the right side of the road, down an embankment and struck a tree, Missouri Highway Patrol Trooper B.N. Comer said.
Biggs was pronounced dead 30 minutes later at Bothwell Regional Medical Center in Sedalia. This was the 45th fatal accident in Troop A's district in 2008, and the 49th death. Benton County deputies assisted with the investigation.

WARRENSBURG, Mo.--When alcohol compliance checks were conducted in July by the Warrensburg Police Department and the University of Central Missouri Department of Public Safety, only one of 20 Warrensburg businesses sold alcohol to a minor.
