Mrs. Billings was a model teacher who had a significant impact on my life. She was an important role model for me. I’ve been a university professor for more than 40 years; Mrs. Billings inspired my own educational efforts with her peaceful, calm and relational approach to teaching and learning. I am blessed to have called her teacher.
