I can’t seem to get over my Mother’s passing. A week has gone 3-29-2014. I feel like time is standing still for me, while the world continues to flow. No one will ever know what a special person she really was. NO one will ever know Serving others was her biggest objective. I am sure she would have washed your feet if you asked her to. She was a Catholic, a true believer in God’s promises. There is no doubt in my mind she is with Jesus and the Angels. I also have no doubt if she were here she would say “snap out of it Bettieann”. My sister Bert, did tell me “not to let Mother’s passing consume me” She also said death is a part of living, which we all know. I just want everybody to know that Mother was one in a million. My Mother although not a Saint, was a perfect picture of a life well lived. I love her so….I will miss her the rest of my life. I feel sorry for people who never got to know her, that they missed out on a truely bright star. She was one of a kind.
