The department of music at the University of Central Missouri is hosting internationally renowned Steinway concert pianist Marina Lomazov in a recital at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, on the Hart Recital Hall stage. Lomazov has performed all over the world on major stages with debuts in Carnegie Hall, Boston’s Symphony Hall, and the “Dame Myra Hess” concert series in Chicago, according to a news release. A master class featuring UCM piano students will follow the concert at 3:30 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
