Food safety training class

A food safety training class will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with the Johnson County Community Health Services.
This is a two hour introductory course that covers the basics of safe food Handling, dangers of foodborne illness and personal hygiene. This course is recommended for all food service facility employees such as wait staff, bartenders, cooks, deli workers and dishwashers.
