WMMC to host natural childbirth class

Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg is hosting a free natural childbirth class presented by Victoria Zadoyan.
The class is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, at WMMC in Conference Room 1, located inside the medical center’s main entrance.
The class is designed to help mothers and their partners become more educated on the subject of natural childbirth. The class will cover multiple topics including breathing, labor positioning, relaxation techniques and pain management.
Attendees may bring an exercise ball, lotion or massage oils, snacks and water. Space is limited for this class. RSVP to the WMMC Obstetrics Department by calling (660) 262-7514.
