Brandon Stewart

Brandon Matthew Stewart, 24, of Knob Noster, died Saturday, March 12, in Sedalia.

Brandon StewartA celebration of life is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at the Knob Noster VFW Post 4195.

Brandon was born Nov. 8, 1991, the son of Kenneth Roger and Marlena (Hall) Stewart in Reno, Nevada.

On Sept. 24, 2011, in Knob Noster, he and Chelsae Johnson were united in marriage.

Brandon was an amazing, self-taught automotive painter carrying out his dream at Warresnburg Chrysler Body Shop. He loved spending time with his wife and kids, and loved giving them rides on his dirt bikes, four wheelers and even his Harley. He could work on just about anything that had a motor in it and was always challenging himself to learn more about working with motors. He was also a “pretend fisherman” to pass the time; he never really caught any fish and was always mad when someone else did.

Brandon was an amazing father, husband and best friend.

Brandon is survived by his wife, Chelsae Stewart, a son, Aiden Stewart, and a daughter, Destiny Stewart, of Knob Noster; his mother, Marlena Stewart, of Sparks, Nevada; three brothers, Brian Stewart of Missoula, Montana, Andrew Stewart of Cold Springs, Nevada, and Cameron Stewart of Sparks, Nevada; and his maternal grandfather, Herbert Stogner, of Cold Springs, Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Children’s Education Fund with checks made payable to Chelsae Stewart and can be left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
