The Chilhowee Indians defeated the Calhoun Eagles 67-51 Saturday to take third place in the Mid-State Conference Tournament.
The Indians led 20-12 at the end of the first quarter and extended the lead 36-24 at the half.
Dillon Anstine led the way with 16 points in the first half.
The Tribe maintained their lead in the second half behind senior Brandon Lankford’s shooting.
Anstine finished with 20 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, three blocks and three steals. Lankford finished the game with a season-high 17 points.
The Indians are back in action Monday on the road at Miami.
