Parks and recreation hosts indoor soccer league

$75Warrensburg Parks and Recreation is hosting an indoor soccer league this spring. The league features divisions for ages 5-14 beginning the week of March 7 with league practices. League games will be played four vs. four, allowing for an open field and increased skill development.
Games will be played Saturday mornings and Monday nights beginning April 2 and completing May 9. The season will include eight games: six regular season and two in the playoffs. Teams will play two games per game day and practice once per week, all at the Warrensburg Community Center Gymnasium, located at 445 E. Gay St.
Teams will be led by volunteer coaches. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact parks and recreation at 660-747-7178.
The league fee is $75, and signing up before Feb. 15 will save $10.
