(KNOB NOSTER, Mo.) – Two Johnson County teenagers sustained minor injuries Saturday after their vehicle overturned on Southeast 601 Road southwest of Knob Noster State Park, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Stassi Brown, 16, was westbound on 601 Road when she lost control of her vehicle and hit a fence and embankment before overturning, according to Highway Patrol reports. The accident occurred at 1:45 p.m.

Brown and her passenger, Derek Carbin, 14, suffered minor injuries and were transported by a private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, according to Highway Patrol reports. Both were wearing seat belts.
