Fifteen students from WarrensburgMiddle School joined more than 75 participants in the region at the recent regional math contest held in Clinton.
The Missouri Council of Teachers of Mathematics sponsored the competition where the top five combined scores qualified to participate in the upcoming state finals set for April 26 at the University of Central Missouri.
The state qualifiers from Warrensburg are:
6th grade: Tim Richner, Mason Wittmaier and Gabe Jackson
7th grade: Ryan Holland, Ryan Duffendack and Colton Palmer
8th grade: Ethan Crook and Tiffany Liu
Team Qualifiers: Ethan Crook, Josh Sterling and Josh Terrell.

The 6th grade math team: (Front row) Toby Nguyen, Gabe Jackson and Mason Wittmaier.
