The Warrensburg Tigers basketball team defeated the Clinton Cardinals 76-64 in Clinton Wednesday, pulling away in the end.

“As a team, we relaxed and Clinton came back,” said Dakota Jones. “The game (was) tougher than it should be.”

The Tigers struggled with defense in the third quarter, and had to pick up the intensity to once again take control of the game.

“We stopped playing defense and started messing around with our shots until we realized we needed to start playing as a whole,” Kye Denker said.
