(WARRENSBURG, Mo.) — Central Missouri athletics will host a pregame gathering on Wednesday in Evansville, Ind., for Mules fans traveling to the Elite Eight.

The No. 20 Mules play No. 4 Southern Connecticut State at noon Wednesday at the Ford Center in Evansville in the opening game of the Elite Eight.

Central Missouri fans making the trip to Evansville are invited to The Sports Book Bar & Grill inside the Tropicana Evansville at 421 NW Riverside Drive for a gathering that will take place from 10-11:30 a.m.

Additionally, Kansas City area alumni not making the trip to Evansville are invited to a watch party hosted by The UCM Alumni Association and Mule Nation KC at Coach’s Bar & Grill at 414 W. 103rd St. in Kansas City, Mo.

If the Mules win on Wednesday, they will play in the national semifinals at 6 p.m. Thursday night. That game will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network. The NCAA-II National Championship game will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday and will be broadcast on CBS.
